My foot is around 23.2cm, normally wearing 37 or 6.5-7. The boot fit my foot perfectly, but it will be a bit tight if wearing a thick long sock. If you want to wear it comfortable in winter with thick stock, i suggest to upsize. If only wear with thin stock then the size is Ok. In my case i use extra paper and insert into the boot for few days so that it a bit bigger and for me to wear in winter with extra thick stock and skinny jean. It was shipped with a small foam block inside so that kept the boot in shaped.
