My foot length is 24 cm, so I ordered EU 37 and it fits me perfectly. The boots look exactly like the photos and the design is really nice. I wore them to the Blackpink Deadline concert and they were fine while walking from the parking lot to the arena. BUT when I started lining up at the ticket booth—almost 2 hours—my feet started hurting a lot. The concert hadn’t even started yet and my feet were already in pain. They’re pretty, yes, but I wouldn’t recommend them if you plan on doing a lot of walking. They’re more for style than comfort.
