I thought it would come in a box but nonetheless parcel was perfect with no dent. The shoes is absolutely nice. True to size. The strap can we worn both style; at the front or as sling back. Comfortable heels height too. Better worn with panty hose socks so the beads & lace doesn't rub on your toes.
