Came in a box without any covering or protection of the rhinestones. A bit disappointed coz I'm used to received all Cuccoo shoes in a cellophane with a dust cover for each shoe. This particular order it has none. Furthermore, the shoes are true to size it has a very satisfactory quality tho but a the sling back is a bit tight causing the uncomfortable feeling of tightness. Nonetheless, quality wise it is excellent
