True to size! I have 235 mm feet and these fit comfortably, even with thin socks. Be aware that the ankle area is a bit stiff/uncomfortable at first. The finish wasn't perfect; I found some loose threads and dried glue, but those were easy to trim and clean off. Additionally, there is a strong scent right out of the plastic. I tried airing them out, but there is still that scent lingering.
