The shoes arrived securely packaged. I am no shoe model, but I love shoes! I wear SA size 6 and these shoes fit tight across my feet. it will definately chaff but rubbing a wax candle along the inside will enable me to wear them in without causing any blisters. The heel is quite high. I found the buckles to be very cute and out of the ordinary.
