I love Cuccoo's fishnet boots. I also got thigh high in black, and I love it. Heels 10cm, inside is transparent shoes that holds your feet securely. Stable heel, and overall really comfortable. Although you might prepare some plasters for your first wear cuz the inside shoe might hurt your skin on the edges. I'm 24.5cm feet, but I'm on a wider side, so I always take 25cm shoes, EUR40.
My ankle is wide as well, so on that part rubber band is a bit tight for me. I might wanna do some altering on that. Or try to stretch it out.
