Im a EUR37, such a sexy shoe that does have cushioning. The straps are more on the firm plasticy side but the nice things is it stays in place when you walk! Foot feels super secure! I would not recommend for someone with a wider foot as its ahas 3 non adjustable straps in the toe area. My foot is on the slender side but if I didn'tadjust my toes position it wouldve been uncomfortable after a while.
