perfect size and delivered as is in the picture. my only challenge is I'm flat footed and also as i have gained on weight, aso has my foot so I'm having challenges with the zip. but otherwise the boot looks amazing. it is very light though and I'm not so sure about the back of the heel and the heel itself, on whether it will sustain my weight. managed to close one of the zippers and then got tired midway so didn't try on the other foot. will get the energy when an outfit comes to mind
